An Office Space After My Own Heart

The City and Us | Homepolish Greenhouse Office

NYC-based interior design firm, Homepolish, is headquartered in a 5,000 square-foot office loft in New York’s Flatiron District. The space is bright, open, and filled with beautiful decor. But the coolest part about the Homepolish office is the three greenhouse conference rooms…

Co-founder, Noa Santos, and head of commercial design, Shelly Lynch-Sparks, utilized three Wayfair greenhouses to create spaces for group meetings, video conferences, dining areas, and private work zones. Each greenhouse has its own theme and is named after a Beyoncé song (Video Phone, Halo, and Run the World).

Such a fun, innovative way to create separate spaces within a large, open-floor room, right?

Another creative element in the Homepolish office is the hanging plant wall, which Noa says “adds a touch of privacy but still feels open.” I can see this working well in a studio apartment to create two “rooms”–bedroom and living room. I would definitely try it in our studio.

What do you think? Do you like the indoor greenhouses? What about the living wall?
